You have a period of 7 days to return the products purchased via Surf Action online.

If you are not satisfied with your product/products you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.

To make the return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging complete with all instruction manuals and accessories.

How to proceed?

1. Contact our customer service via the contact page
2. You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and specify the products you wish to return.
3. Please specify on your packaging slip and on email which product you are returning and place inside the parcel.
4. Send the package to our returns address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

What happens next?
Upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount charged to your credit card for the items returned (2-3 days depending on the bank).
We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
